This article describes the contents of the Outlook 98 Value Pack.

Value Pack Items are located in the ValuePack folder on the CD-ROM and on the Outlook Web site.


 CCMail:   Updated version of the CC:mail transport.

 CDO:      The Collaborative Data Object help file. CDO is the object model
           for Microsoft Exchange Server side programming.

 CorpLdap: The LDAP MAPI service for Corporate Workgroup mode. Installs and
           shows up on the Services tab on the Tools menu.

 DataAcc:  ODBC files and drivers for Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel,
           Text/HTML, xbase, Microsoft Foxpro, Paradox, Lotus123, PST
           files, and SQL.

 Fareast:  Fonts and translation tables for Far-East language support.

 HPC:      Updated extension files for Hand-Held PC (HPC) support.

 WinFAX:   Allows WinFAX Pro to read the Outlook contact properly for the
           correct FAX and Phone numbers. See the readme file for more
           information. This is not required with the IMO installation and
           the WinFAX Starter Edition.
