OL98: ErrMsg: "File must be opened in ECCO" When ImportingID: Q185812

When importing an ECCO 4.01 database into Microsoft Outlook 98, you may receive the following error:
<Filename> represents the name of the file you are trying to import into Outlook.The file C:\PROGRA~1\ECCO\<Filename>.ECO must be opened in ECCO before the import can proceed. Click OK when ECCO is ready or Cancel if the file was not opened.
You are trying to import an ECCO 4.01 database file into Outlook. Currently the Outlook Import Wizard only supports importing ECCO versions 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0.
