Clicking one of the Outlook item buttons on the Office Shortcut bar uses
the default Windows Messaging Profile to start Outlook. Depending on which
button was clicked, Outlook opens ready to send a New Message, make a New
Appointment, define a New Task, set up a New Contact, record a New Journal
Entry, or make a New Note. If this profile is not set to define a mail
delivery location, the error above will occur.
