When you attempt to Start Microsoft Outlook 98, you receive the message:
Although you click to select "Don't Show This Dialog Again", the error message continues to appear each time you start Outlook.The Microsoft Network Detected.
You are starting Outlook for the first time after upgrading your computer to Windows 98.
To permanently disable the Microsoft Network Detected error message, follow these steps:
This program will change your Inbox icon to the Microsoft Outlook
icon, Do you want to continue?"
click Yes.

We have detected that MSN has previously been installed on this
computer.
If you currently subscribe to MSN (or wish to), you must click "MSN

accessing MSN, click "Internet Explorer" below.

Windows 98 adds this message as a service to MSN customers. This message is
added to icons on the desktop if a previous version of The Microsoft
Network client is detected, or if the second stage of the MSN setup process
has not been completed. Windows 98 does not automatically upgrade the MSN
client.
