OL98: Help Topic Link to Relational Database Is Broken

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Outlook 98 when you click on the "relational database" link in the last paragraph of the help topic "mail, mailing lists" you may received the error message:

   The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated
   Help file. (129)

CAUSE

There is no "relational database" topic in the Outlook Help file.

RESOLUTION

There is no resolution to this problem because the topic is not included in the Help file.
