To Export Appointments from Outlook

1. On File menu, click Import And Export.



2. Click "Export to a File" and click Next.



3. Click "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.



4. Click the Calendar folder you want to export and click Next.



5. Type a path and file name for the file to be exported and click Next.



6. Click OK and Finish.



7. Type the date range you want and click OK.

To Import Appointments into Schedule+

1. On the File menu in Schedule+, point to Import and click Text.



2. Type or browse to the file name to be imported, and click Next.



3. Click Yes and click Next.



4. Click Comma, click the quotation mark (") to select it as the "character used to surround text fields", and click Next.



5. Click Appointments, and click Next.



6. Outlook stores more information about appointments than Schedule+. Therefore, you must select the fields that are applicable to Schedule+ as follows:

   NOTE: After being set, Schedule+ retains these settings.



7. Click Finish.
