You can use the grouping feature in Microsoft Outlook to easily delete an entire message thread. A message thread includes an original message and all of its replies and forwards.
Outlook refers to a message thread as a conversation. To delete an entire conversation, use either of the following methods.
1. Click to select one of the messages in the thread.
2. On the Actions menu, point to Find All, and then click Related Messages.
3. In the Advanced Find dialog box, click the messages you no longer want,
and then press DELETE.
1. In the Current View list, click By Conversation Topic.
2. Click the conversation group header, and then press DELETE.
3. In the "Are you sure that you want to permanently delete the selected
item(s)?" box, click OK to delete the entire conversation.
