OL98: Insertion Point Is in Blue Graphic in New Holiday Letter

SYMPTOMS

When using Holiday Letter stationery, the insertion point is in the dark blue area at the top of the letter instead of the section titled, "Use this space for your message." If you are using an automatic signature then the signature appears at the top of the Holiday Letter stationery.

CAUSE

The insertion point of the HTML Stationery is set to the top of the page.

RESOLUTION

Press DOWN ARROW until your cursor is in the location "Use this space for your message."

If your signature appears at the top of the stationery, cut the signature and paste it at the bottom of the message.
