The following are known issues for some of these applications:

Sales Tracking Application

If you copy the folder containing the Sales Tracking application into a Microsoft Exchange Public Folder, some of the forms will not work correctly. You can create a new account using the application, but if you then create a new contact for the account, you will not be able to re-open the contact form. This problem occurs with Microsoft Outlook 97 and Outlook. There is no known workaround to this problem.

Help Desk Application

When used with Microsoft Outlook 97, the Help Desk application exhibits the problem described in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article:
Q183035 OL97: Outlook Stays in Memory After Using Attachments via Code
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Outlook 98 and is not directly related to the Help Desk application itself.

Bug Tracking Application

This application was available in the past but has been removed from the Microsoft Web site because it does not function correctly with Outlook 98.
