OL98: No Recurring Appointments with Word Calendar Template

SYMPTOMS

You use the Outlook Calendar Template for Word 97 (Olcalndr.dot) with Microsoft Outlook 98, and the recurring appointments in your calendar do not show up in the calendar that the template generates.

CAUSE

You are using the older version of the template designed for Outlook 97.

RESOLUTION

Obtain an updated Olcalndr.dot file for use with both Outlook 97 and Outlook 98. The updated template also includes additional features.
