OL98: Opening a Custom Recurring Meeting Request Causes Macro WarningID: Q145957

When you open a recurring appointment sent with a custom form in Microsoft Outlook 98, the following message may appear:
This may happen even though a form has been registered in the Organizational Forms Library.Warning: Opening "Untitled"
The form for this item has not been registered in this folder or in your company's forms library. Because this item contains macros, which could contain a virus harmful to your computer, you may not want to run the macros.
If you are sure this item is from a trusted source, click 'Enable macros'. Otherwise, click 'Disable macros'.
When the custom recurring meeting form was created as a new object, it did not inherit its status as a registered form.
A supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft,
but has not been fully regression-tested and should be applied only to
systems experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely
affected by this specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for
the next Microsoft Exchange service pack that contains this fix.

Outllib.dll 8.5.5905.0
The version number for the Outllib.dll file is the number that appears in
the Help About dialog box when you click About Microsoft Outlook on the
Outlook Help menu. This fix is included in all Outllib.dll files with a
version number of 5905 or higher.
