When you begin an online broadcast, PowerPoint will check the audio and video sources. When you click Start, you may receive the following error:

Before you start the online broadcast, two File Transfer Service sessions must be established with the NetShow server. If the NetShow server cannot fulfill this request, you will receive the error message described in the Error Message section of this article.
Make sure that the presenter is a member of both the Administrators group and the NetShow Administrators group on the NetShow Server. Make sure that NetShow is configured and running properly on the NetShow Server, and that the presenter computer can connect to these services. To do this, follow these steps:
