To change the units of measurements to either Metric or US, follow these steps:

  1. On the Windows Start menu, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.


  2. Double-click the Regional Settings icon.


  3. Click the Number tab.


  4. Locate the Measurement System option, and select the desired unit - U.S or Metric.


  5. Click Apply.


  6. Close the Control Panel.
