An object that has an action setting applied to it does not work when you click the object or move the mouse pointer over the object during a presentation conference.
In PowerPoint you can specify action settings for an object that allow you to run a program or a macro, hyperlink to another presentation or a web page, or play a sound when you click the object or move the mouse over the object. To add an action setting to an object, click Action Settings on the Slide Show menu.
With the exception of hyperlinking to another slide within the same presentation, action settings are not supported while you are using the Presentation Conference feature.
