This article describes how to obtain a list of keyboard assignments in
Microsoft Word for Windows.
MORE INFORMATION
- On the Tools menu, click Macro (Word for Windows 95 and Word for
Windows NT).
- From the Macros Available In (Word for Windows 95 and Word for Windows
NT) list, choose Word Commands.
- Select ListCommands in the Macro Name list.
- Click Run.
- In the List Commands dialog box, choose either Current Menu and Keyboard
Settings or All Word Commands.
- Click OK.
Word creates a new document that lists the commands and their associated
shortcut key assignments.
Word for Windows 6.0 and earlier
ListCommands is not available in Word for Windows 6.x and earlier. You can
use the HelpKeyboard command to open the Help topic "Using Keyboard
Shortcuts in Word." You can also search for "Keys, Shortcut" in Help and
then choose the "Using Keyboard Shortcuts in Word" topic.
