SGML: Word Features Not Supported When Saving to SGML

SUMMARY

SGML Author does not directly support the following Microsoft Word 7.0 features. Their content is discarded upon conversion to SGML:

Annotations

Column breaks and page breaks

Document protection for revisions, annotations, and forms

Embedded fonts

Equations created with the EQUATION field (supported if you convert the EQUATION fields to Equation Editor objects)

Master documents

Objects created with the drawing tools in Word (supported if you convert them to a picture or an OLE object)

Paragraph borders

Password protection

Revision marks
