WD2000: Pressing F1 in Word Wizard Fails to Run HelpID: Q220319

When you use a Word wizard (on the File menu, click New to view available wizards), pressing the F1 key for Help while you work in a wizard may not run Word Help.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
The following wizards exhibit the behavior described in the "Symptoms" section of this article. To view these groupings, on the File menu, click New.
NOTE: The following wizards may or may not appear, depending on your version of Office 2000 and your installation choices during Setup.
