WD2000: Problem Scaling Legal Landscape to Letter Landscape on HP LaserJet 5si

SYMPTOMS

When you print a landscape legal-size document that is scaled to letter size using the HP LaserJet 5si driver version 3.55, the document may not print in the correct orientation and part of the text may not print.


WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the HP LaserJet 4si printer driver version 3.8 that ships with Windows 98. It allows you to print legal-size documents that are scaled to letter size correctly on the HP LaserJet 5si.

Contact Hewlett-Packard for an updated driver for the LaserJet 5si printer. Hewlett-Packard's Internet address:
