WD2000: Run-time Error 5152 Using URL with InlineShapes.AddPictureID: Q209856

When you try to add a picture to a Word document using the Visual Basic for Applications AddPicture method with a valid URL address for the file name, the following error message appears:
Run-time error '5152':
This is not a valid file name.
