WD2000: Theme Not Displayed When Document Sent from WordID: Q208868

When you click Send To Mail Recipient on the File menu in Word, the Personal Stationary template does not appear in the new mail message.
This problem occurs regardless of the view (for example, print layout or
Web layout view), or whether you send as an attachment from
Word 2000.
The Send To command transfers the current document in Microsoft Word to a MAPI-compliant messaging program (for example, Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook). In transferring the file, the Send To command does not activate the Personal Stationery theme.
To keep the Personal Stationery theme look in your e-mail message, use one of the following methods.
