While you are scrolling through a document, your computer may stop responding (hang) or the following error message may appear, if the default printer is using the Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 820 printer driver version 8.0 or 8.2.
NOTE: The Ignore option in the warning dialog box is ineffective, and you are unable to access your document.An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway, click ignore and save your work in a new file. To quit this program, click Close. You will lose information you entered since your last save.
