In Word there is no built-in feature that moves the insertion point to the top of the current page. However, you can achieve this result by using a Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications macro.

The following macro moves the insertion point to the top of the current
page using the built-in "\Page" bookmark.
Sub GoToTopOfPage()
Selection.GoTo What:=wdGoToBookmark, Name:="\Page"
Selection.MoveLeft Unit:=wdCharacter, Count:=1

Index on the Help menu (or on the Balloon Help menu if you are using a
version of the Macintosh operating system earlier than 8.0), click the
Index button in Word Help, type the following text
menus, commands
and then click Show Topics. Select the "Add a command or other item to a
menu" topic, and click Go To. If you are unable to find the information you
