To work around the problem, use the following line of code to set the
MaxChange property
ThisWorkbook.Parent.MaxChange = <number>
where <number> is the value that you want to set for the MaxChange
property.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Excel 98 Macintosh Edition.
