ACC1x: Determining Which User You Are Logged In As

The information in this article applies to:

There are two quick ways to determine the account (user) under which you are logged in:

In the Database window, select Change Password from the Security menu. In the Change Password dialog box, Microsoft Access displays the account name.

Call the User() function from Access Basic. To do this, open any module, type the following in the Immediate window, and then press ENTER:

? User()

The user name will be displayed in the Immediate window.
