FIX: Template Wizard Does Not Work in Localized Versions

The template page wizard does not work in localized versions of the product.

When adding a template item to your project, the following error may occur:

Object variable or with block variable not set


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
