Active Desktop Command Is Missing When You Right-Click DesktopID: Q192400

When you open the Display Properties dialog box, the Web tab may be missing. Also, if you right-click the desktop, the Active Desktop command may be missing.
This behavior can occur if you are using the TweakUI program and the Active Desktop Enabled feature is not enabled.
To resolve this issue, enable the Active Desktop Enabled feature. To do
so, use the following steps:
Tweak UI is included with Microsoft Windows 98 Power Toys and is located
on the Windows 98 CD-ROM in the Tools\Reskit\Powertoy folder. For
