After you successfully log on to a Novell NDS server from a command prompt and then start Windows, if you right-click Network Neighborhood and then click WHOAMI, you may not appear to be logged in.
This issue can occur if you do not have a search drive mapped to a public directory on the Novell NDS server. This can occur if you do not have Read and Filescan permissions to a public directory, or if there is a "no_default" statement in your login script.
