CH Products F16 CombatStick Loses Calibration in Windows 98ID: Q201464
|
The CH Products F16 CombatStick joystick may spin to left constantly in Windows 98 if it is plugged in by itself. If you use the F16 CombatStick with rudder pedals (instead of by itself), the F16 CombatStick works properly.
The F16 CombatStick drivers on the CH Products Web site work properly in Microsoft Windows 95, but are not compatible with Windows 98.
CH Products has made a Beta driver available for Windows 98 that may resolve this issue. For additional information, visit the following CH Products Web site:

Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
