Err Msg: A Newer Version of DCOM98 Has Been Installed...ID: Q236354

When you try to install Microsoft Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM) version 1.2 on your Windows 98 Second Edition based-computer, you may receive the following error message:
A newer version of DCOM98 has been installed. To override, you must uninstall the current version first.
This issue can occur if the version of the Ole32.dll file in your computer is 4.71.1719.0 or earlier.
To resolve this issue, download DCOM98 for Windows 98 version 1.3 from the following Microsoft Web site:
http://www.microsoft.com/com/dcom/dcom98/dcom1_3.asp
