EXPLORER caused a general protection fault in module mmsystem.dll at 0004:xxxxxxxx
This behavior can occur if you have Naleco RADFind 96 version 1.0a installed and you are using a sound scheme that plays a Windows sound (.wav) file for the Menu Popup and Windows Start events. The error message occurs if RADFind 96 is scanning your disk and the startup sound is playing when you click the Start button.
To resolve this problem, use the appropriate method:
This problem may also occur during normal Windows operation if RADFind 96
is running and two system sounds are played at the same time. RADFind 96
is a file search program that scans your hard disk and indexes the files
on the disk.
