FreeCell Stops Responding When You Click Undo

SYMPTOMS

When you click Undo on the Game menu in Microsoft FreeCell, FreeCell may stop responding (hang), and the playing cards or the game screen may appear distorted.


CAUSE

This problem can occur if you click Undo on the Game menu after you click Restart Game on the Game menu.


RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, do not click Undo on the Game menu after you click Restart Game on the Game menu.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in FreeCell.
