General Tab Missing in Mouse Properties Dialog BoxID: Q186926

When you view the Mouse Properties dialog box, the General tab is missing.
This behavior is by design.
The purpose of the General tab in Microsoft Windows 95 is to provide a
location from which you can upgrade the mouse driver. However, the General
tab can accommodate only one mouse. With the addition of Universal Serial
Bus (USB) support in Windows 98, more than one pointing device may be
installed on the computer. To upgrade the mouse driver in Windows 98,
