Incorrect Keyboard Response After Pressing Windows Logo Key Three Times in MS-DOS SessionID: Q237846
|
If you press the ALT+Windows logo key combination three times in a row, the keyboard behaves as if the Windows logo key is still pressed. For example, if you then press E, Windows Explorer starts (as if you had pressed Windows logo+E).
To work around this behavior, press ALT+Windows logo again.
This problem has been corrected in Microsoft Windows 98 Second Edition.
This problem occurs in a "clean" installation of Windows 95 or Windows 98, and occurs only when you are running an MS-DOS session (either in a window or in full-screen mode).
