Logitech Connectix QuickCam VC Does Not Work Correctly

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use your Logitech Connectix QuickCam VC video camera, it may not work.

The QuickCam VC video camera may also be missing from the Imaging Devices branch in Device Manager.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you use the QuickCam VC driver included with the camera.


RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, obtain the latest QuickCam VC drivers from the manufacturer's Web site:

http://www.logitech.com
