Nuts & Bolts Registry Wizard Tool Does Not Work in Windows 98

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to use the Registry Wizard tool included with Network Associates Nuts & Bolts, you may receive an error message stating that the module cannot be run in this version of Windows.

CAUSE

This error message can occur if you are using Nuts & Bolts version 1.04 or earlier. The Registry Wizard tool included with these versions of Nuts & Bolts does not work in Windows 98.

RESOLUTION

Please contact Network Associates Technical Support for information about this issue and a possible solution.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this behavior is not caused by a problem in Windows 98, but may be caused by design changes in Windows 98. For more information about resolving this issue, contact the program's manufacturer.
