Philips Monitor Model Number Not Listed in Windows 95/98

When you attempt to install your Philips monitor in Windows 95/98, your monitor's model number may not be listed.

This behavior occurs because Windows 95/98 identifies Philips monitors using the chassis number instead of the model number.

To resolve this behavior, locate the chassis number on the back of your monitor, and then install the appropriate driver.
