A Pink Icon May Be Displayed When You Receive a Broadcast Enhancement

SYMPTOMS
When you receive a broadcast enhancement using Microsoft WebTV for Windows, a pink Interactive TV icon may be displayed.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if an ATI All-In-Wonder video adapter is installed and configured with the default Microsoft Windows 98 display drivers.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, install the latest ATI All-In-Wonder video adapter drivers:
- Obtain the latest drivers from the following ATI Web site:
http://support.atitech.ca
NOTE: The downloaded ATI drivers may include a self extracting program (.exe) file. You can run this program by double-clicking the file. If the downloaded file is not a self extracting (.exe) file, continue with step 2.

- Right-click My Computer on the desktop, click Properties, click the Device Manager tab, double-click Display Adapter, and then double-click the All-In-Wonder entry.
- Click the Driver tab, and then click Update Driver.
- Click Next, click Display a list of all the drivers in a specific location, so you can select the driver you want, click Next, and then click Have Disk.
- Click Browse to locate the folder to which you downloaded the ATI All-In-Wonder drivers, and then click OK.
- Click the appropriate video adapter driver, click Next, and then click Finish.
- Click Yes to restart your computer.
