Problems Viewing Java Programs with NetZip InstalledID: Q195762

When you use Internet Explorer to view a Web page that contains a
java-based program, you may be unable to see the java-based program.
Instead, you may see an empty box where the program should be. Also, if
you try to reinstall the Microsoft Virtual Machine for Java, you may
receive the following error message:
Explorer
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module msjava.dll@<memory address>
This issue can occur if the NetZip program is installed on your computer and is configured to start automatically when you start your computer.
