Selecting a Drive in My Computer Opens the Find WindowID: Q226476

When you double-click a drive in My Computer, the Find window may open. If you right-click a drive, the Find command may be the default command.

Regedt32.exe. Note that you should back up the registry before you edit it.
If you are running Windows NT, you should also update your Emergency
Repair Disk (ERD).
To resolve this issue, use either of the following methods:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CLASSES_ROOT\DRIVE\SHELL
This behavior is by design.
