SYMPTOMS

After you install Windows 98 Second Edition, your computer may stop responding (hang) when you attempt to shut it down.

You may also have problems connecting to your local area network (LAN) or the Internet.


CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your computer has a D-Link DFE 530TX network adapter installed.
