The Network Neighborhood Icon No Longer Appears on the DesktopID: Q195112

The Network Neighborhood icon may not appear on the desktop or in Windows Explorer.
This behavior can occur if the TweakUI program is installed and configured to hide the Network Neighborhood icon.
To resolve this behavior, use the TweakUI program to enable the Network
Neighborhood icon. To do so, use the following steps:
Microsoft Product Support Services Desktop Systems does not support the
installation or usage of the TweakUI program or any of its components.
