Unable to Move Multiple .dll Files to Another DiskID: Q192848

When you try to move (or cut and paste) multiple read-only dynamic-link
library (.dll) files to another disk or network drive, you may receive an
error message similar to one of the following error messages:
Error Moving File
Cannot move <Filename>.dll: The file exists.
-or-
Note that the <Filename>.dll file on the destination drive has a size of zero bytes. If you try to delete this file, you receive the following error message:Error Copying File
Cannot copy <Filename>.dll: There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file may be in use.
Cannot delete <Filename>.dll: Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
To work around this problem, use the appropriate method:
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows 98.
