Unable to View Animated DriveSpace Pie Chart

SYMPTOMS

When you use the DriveSpace tool to create a new compressed volume, you may not be able to see the animated DriveSpace pie chart.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if your computer is configured to use any of the following color schemes:

• High Contrast #1



• High Contrast #2



• High-Contrast Black

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, select a different color scheme before starting DriveSpace:

1. Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel, and then double-click Display.



2. Click the Appearance tab.



3. In the Schemes box, click Windows Standard, and then click OK.
