Windows 98 Stops Responding After Installing Cheyenne AntiVirusID: Q186835

When you install Cheyenne AntiVirus 4.0 and then restart your computer, Windows 98 may stop responding (hang).
To work around this issue, start your computer in Safe mode, and then
remove Cheyenne AntiVirus. To do so, follow these steps:
