When you upgrade Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 95 OEM Service Release 1, 2, 2.1, or 2.5 to Windows 98, you may not be able to use your Zoomed Video PC Card device(s).
This behavior can occur if one or more of the following conditions exists:
To resolve this issue, use any of the appropriate methods:
Windows 98 supports Video Port Extension (VPE) drivers, and a Video Port
Manager (VPM) driver may be installed.
Some VPM drivers may still function with Windows 98, but may need an
updated VPE driver.
