Cannot Log On After Enabling FilterKeys in Accessibility Options

SYMPTOMS
If you click Yes when you see the following message after you enable the FilterKeys feature in the Accessibility Options tool, you may not be able to log on to your computer:
Do you want to save the current settings as the default for new users and the login prompt?
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Press and hold down the CRTL key until your computer beeps twice.
- While you are still holding down the CRTL key, press and hold down the ALT key until your computer beeps twice.
- While you are still holding down the CRTL and ALT keys, press the Delete key until your computer beeps twice and the password prompt is displayed.
- Press and hold down the first character for your password until you hear two beeps and an asterisk (*) is displayed in the Password box to indicate the character has been entered. Repeat this step for each character in your password.es the key has been entered.
- Click OK.
- In Control Panel, double-click Accessibility Options, and then click to clear the Use FilterKeys check box.
- Click OK, and then your receive the following message:
Do you want to save the current settings as the default for new users and the login prompt?
- Click Yes.
