CMD Window Causes High CSRSS Memory UsageID: Q175788

A command window will cause the CSRSS process to use more resources on a computer running Windows NT depending on the properties that are selected for the CMD window.
An application that spawns many CMD windows can be greatly affected by the
properties that are selected for the CMD window. When you look at a
Performance Monitor log, the memory used for the CMD windows will show up
under the CSRSS process.
To get to the Properties windows for CMD, perform the following steps:
