If a computer is rebooted in the first hour after fall daylight savings time takes affect, it will stop responding (hang) at the blue startup screen until 2:00 A.M. This problem does not occur on spring daylight savings time.
This problem occurs because of the incorrect order of the initialization of timer objects in Windows NT.
