Windows NT may stop randomly with the following blue-screen error message:
Stop 0x0000000A in TCPIP.SYS
A timing window in Tcpip.sys that may cause the same I/O request to be
completed twice causes this issue.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT version 3.51
with Service Pack 5. A supported fix is now available, but is not fully
regression-tested and should be applied only to systems experiencing this
specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific
problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Service Pack that
