ID: Q201420
|
The information in this article applies to:
-
Microsoft HTML Help, versions 1.1, 1.2, 1.21
SUMMARY
This article explains how to completely uninstall the HTML Help Workshop. It is important to uninstall an old version of HTML Help before installing a new version to prevent unpredictable errors. If you use Add/Remove Programs under the Control Panel, it does not completely remove all of the files. You should still use Add/Remove Programs as a first step to uninstalling the HTML Help Workshop.
MORE INFORMATION
To uninstall HTML Help, perform the following steps:
- On the Start menu, click Settings.
- Click Control Panel, and double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- In the Add/Remove Programs dialog box, select HTML Help Workshop and then click Add/Remove.
